The tender for the new pavilion has been awarded to Fixed Maintenance Pty Ltd of Ballarat, with construction to commence soon.
The pavilion, to be located between the Ararat Olympic Swimming Pool and the Alexandra Gardens, will provide change-room facilities for patrons of the swimming pool and a cafe/kiosk for users of both the pool and the gardens.
